Fee

I charge $115.00 for a 55-minute individual therapy session and $125.00 for sessions with couples. I am currently an in-network provider with BCBS-PPO, BCBS BlueChoice, Medicare and Cigna. You can also utilize your out-of-network benefits if you choose to do so.

If you do plan to use your insurance, to make things easier, I do ask that you call the member services number on the back of your card. When speaking with the representative, it will be helpful to ask about deductibles, co-payments/co-insurance, authorizations and whether there are limits to the number of sessions you can receive.

If you do not want to use your insurance OR if you do not have insurance, I accept private pay AND use a sliding-scale fee if needed. I do not want finances to interfere with your seeking treatment, so I can be flexible with this.

Payment is expected at the time that services are provided. I accept cash, credit card, or check.

*Please note that if you do not cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full fee for that session.
